This is a unique opportunity in Southwest Florida for business to business service sales. Domari & Associates is an executive recruiting company that specializes in recruiting Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Manufacturing professionals across the country. No travel is involved, all recruiting is done over the phone or other digital means. This is a phone business, so if you don't want to make cold calls, develop relationships, and make follow up calls, you need not apply. If you are willing to do what it takes to make a six figure income, you can likely achieve that in your second year as a recruiter and some have worked hard enough to make it in their first year.

Here's what we have to offer:
Uncapped earning potential, the more you learn, the better you perform, the more you earn period. We understand that without hungry, motivated sales professionals we don't have a business and we want you to be driven to succeed.
In addition to competitive commission structures, we offer quarterly bonus potential and ongoing contests to earn additional income and/or prizes.
Average first year incomes fall in the $60,000 - $80,000 range with some reaching into the low $100,000's. This is pipeline sales, so there is a startup period where you will be learning and building relationships.
Training is provided, we are not expecting anyone to come in the door knowing how to recruit, but we do welcome speaking to experienced recruiters. We will provide you with the training, tools, and management support you need to be a successful recruiter.
You will be a W-2, full-time employee with a benefits package including healthcare, life insurance, and access to Vision and other misc. benefits.
A set schedule in an office environment without any travel required.
What is required to be a successful recruiter?
Organization and planning; we will teach you how to properly plan, it will be your responsibility to create the plan and execute it daily.
A can-do attitude; you must be positive in pipeline sales, there will be up's and down's and you must stay positive.
The commitment to do whatever it takes; look for reasons to do business and take action.
Goal oriented; you must know what motivates you to succeed and use it to drive yourself each day. This is not difficult work, but you must work hard and there are a lot of moving parts to manage.
The commitment to exceed expectations; yes we have quotas, yes they are a minimum expectation. We are looking for the hunters that want to exceed the minimum expectations and achieve bigger results with bigger paychecks.
The commitment to follow-up; our industry suffers from a lack of follow-up. Domari & Associates prides itself in our commitment to following up with clients.
The commitment to being highly ethical; we are looking for money motivated and goal oriented professionals. To be a professional you must operate in an ethical manner. We need individuals who can commit to doing the right thing, not just the most comfortable thing.
The commitment to learning; we provide tools, training, and management support, but you have to be willing to learn. We look for individuals who thirst to always improve both personally and professionally.

Step 1, we get to know each other. Show us you’re motivated to succeed and what you bring to the table.
Step 2, we will have you "shadow" several recruiters to let you get a feel for what it's like to be a recruiter. We are very transparent through the interview process, we don't want there to be any surprises should we mutually decide recruiting is for you. Afterward, we will talk about income potential and goal setting.
Step 3, we will discuss how the draw works and how commissions are paid out. We are going to be realistic and set your expectations for realistic scenarios, it's up to you to exceed expectations.
