About the Job

HOA Manager The Meadows Community Association (MCA), located in northeast Sarasota County, Florida, is seeking a highly qualified manager for a 3500-unit HOA to manage the daily operations of the HOA, supervise staff, and support and execute the direction and long range goals for MCA under the direction of the Board of Directors.

MCA is seeking a proven manager with demonstrated skills in working effectively with the Board of Directors, staff and community. Person must have excellent oral and written communication skills, working knowledge of Florida association management requirements, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and a strong track record of effective problem-solving and policy implementation.

Five years experience as a manager or assistant manager in a large association or small community and working knowledge of landscaping, water management, basic engineering principles and certification as an Association Manager is strongly preferred. A bachelors degree in management/public administration or equivalent education and experience is required.

Valid drivers license and bondable required. Salary-negotiable.
