(RIA or Broker Dealer)
Candidate will possess experience in audit, brokerage, insurance or
investment advisory administration and hold licenses associated with the compliance supervision of
Registered Investment Advisors or Broker Dealer Representatives.
Our investment managers are
located across the United States and business travel is available for those who enjoy it.
Operations Associate
Candidate will possess a major
in Business or a related field
together with an understanding of business systems and processes. Be highly organized, motivated and skilled in Microsoft Office
applications. This is an excellent
opportunity for a recent graduate who is looking to quickly acquire real-life business process
experience.
Client Service Representative
Candidate should enjoy interacting with customers via inbound calls and responding to requests for
assistance with all matters relating to the processing of brokerage or
investment management
paperwork. Ideally, you will have
experience in a financial advisory
office although the role provides
training that will supply you the
necessary knowledge and
expertise to interact effectively with our customers.
Financial Planning Associate
Candidate should possess a
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or a major in Finance or related field with a keen
interest in financial planning, asset allocation or financial markets. We are looking for someone who is both analytical and a good
communicator who is capable of working to deadlines.
Technology &
Marketing Associate
Candidate should be capable of demonstrating experience of a wide range of technology and graphic design. Ideally suited to someone new to the business or a recent graduate who has a strong desire for a creative career in marketing and the use of today and tomorrows technology.
