We are a local business seeking an experienced office manager to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

• Maintaining office operations and procedures
• Processing of incoming customer orders
• Financial management using QuickBooks Pro
• Managing and maintaining customer information
• Management and resolution of client service issues
• Vendor and compliance management
• Purchasing and inventory management
• Payroll and new employee processing
• Scheduling and employee management
• Problem solving and new process development

Characteristics of the Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 2 years of office management experience
• Proficient with Computers, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience managing others, ability organize and motivate team.
• Highly professional client communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Experienced in problem resolution and working with clients
• Strong work ethic, dedicated, dependable, self-motivated
• Positive approach and able to work in a team environment
• Perform under pressure and the ability to switch tasks with ease
• Trustworthy, mature, intelligent
